Connected Ad Accounts
When you connect an advertising account (such as Meta - Facebook & Instagram, or TikTok) to Brandwagon, we store:
the access token the platform issues (encrypted), used only to read your advertising performance data; and
cached performance metrics for the ads matched to your deliverables.
To delete this data, choose either option:
Option 1: Disconnect in the app (immediate). Sign in to Brandwagon, go to Settings → Integrations, and click Disconnect on the connected account. This immediately and permanently deletes the stored access token and revokes Brandwagon's access on the platform's side. Cached metrics for that account are removed in the same action.
Option 2: Email request. Email admin@brandwagon.ai from the address associated with your account, subject "Data deletion request." We will delete all data associated with your connected account(s) within 30 days and confirm by email.
If you remove Brandwagon from the platform's own settings (e.g. Facebook → Business Integrations), your access token is invalidated on the platform's side automatically; use Option 1 or 2 to also clear data stored in Brandwagon.
